as the showroom of our commitment to you, as well as the insurance products we provide.

How to claim

Motor Claims

  • Be sure you use a towing service that is approved by your insurance company. Feel free to contact the Helpline provided by your Ben Sure Consultants Representative.
  • If there is a 3rd party (another vehicle) involved in the accident, make sure you receive all the contact information, vehicle details and insurance details of the 3rd party.
  • Report the accident to the police within 24hours of the accident. The Accident report number is extremely important for your claim.
  • Provide us with a quotation, to repair your vehicle, by any approved panel beater. Download the Motor Claim form (provided below). Complete the claim form and send to info@bensure.com accompanied by a copy of your ID, copy of the driver’s license of the, the quotation for the repairs, a sketch of the accident and the police reference number.
  • After your signed claim form has been received, our claims department will contact you within 24 hours regarding further procedures.

General Claims

  • All Theft or Burglary Claims, must be reported to the police within 24 hours. The Police Case number is extremely important for your claim.
  • Proof of ownership of the items, that have been damaged or stolen (Invoices, Serial numbers, Valuation certificates, Photos), must be provided together with a quotation for repairs or replacement.
  • A written report (of the cause of the damage), by a qualified repairer will be needed.
  • If an item was damaged, please provide us with a damage report from an authorized service for example an Electrician.
  • Download the General Claim form (Provided Below). Complete the claim form and send to info@bensure.com accompanied by the Police Case Number (if applicable), Quotations for repair or replacement of items, proof of ownership and damage report (if applicable). Also send us a small description of how the item was damaged or stolen.
  • After your signed claim form has been received, our claims department will contact you within 24 hours regarding further procedures.
